We're looking for Danish-speaking Customer Care Experts to join a dynamic international team. No previous customer service experience is required — if you communicate confidently, enjoy solving problems, and are comfortable using a computer, you can bring the rest with you.

What you'll do
You'll be the friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for customers, providing support through:
Inbound calls
Live chat
Email
Typical customer questions may involve:
Missing parcels and delivery issues
Returns and return procedures
Product/article complaints and reclamations
Payments and order-related questions
Price and discount requests
General questions about orders and products
Your goal is simple: make every customer interaction as smooth and helpful as possible.
What we're looking for
Essential
Danish — fluent/native level
English — B2 or above
Strong written and spoken communication skills
Good computer literacy
Customer-oriented and solution-focused mindset
Ability to work independently while being a team player
Experience
No previous customer service experience is required.
Experience in retail, e-commerce, customer service or online shopping environments is an advantage, but your communication skills and attitude matter most.
Work-from-Home or Chania?
The position offers a Work-from-Home option, giving you flexibility while working for an international team.
Prefer the office? You'll be based at Teleperformance Chania, with a modern workplace designed around collaboration, comfort and a positive team atmosphere.
