Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

A Social Media & Trust client in Athens, Greece is looking for a Portuguese-speaking Content Moderator to join their growing team.

You'll help keep a major online platform safe by reviewing reports and applying platform policies.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 07/Sep/26, 17/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Salary indicated per month.

Please note: this role involves reviewing user-generated content and may include exposure to sensitive or graphic material as part of standard content moderation duties.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Portuguese and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
