Brazilian Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

We're hiring a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Content Moderator to join a Social Media & Trust team in Athens, Greece.

You'll help keep a major online platform safe by reviewing reports and applying platform policies.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 14/Sep/26, 19/Oct/26, 28/Sep/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Salary indicated per month.

Please note: this role involves reviewing user-generated content and may include exposure to sensitive or graphic material as part of standard content moderation duties.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Brazilian Portuguese and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
