YOUR TASKS
- Planning, coordination, and documentation of the simulation and testing program for passenger seats as the platform-responsible project manager for B/C projects, including furniture components
- Technical leadership and coordination of assigned stress, testing, and simulation staff
- Coordination and structured overview - Ensuring consistent testing and simulation standards
- Collaboration on bid preparation and project master planning (including budget and capacity estimates)
- Review of specifications and requirements regarding technical feasibility, standards, customer specifications, and regulatory requirements
- Management of schedules, budgets, and weight targets, as well as the definition and tracking of corrective actions in the event of deviations
- Contribution to structural concepts and participation in design reviews
- Organizing and leading stress and testing meetings, as well as responding to project-related inquiries
- Ensuring the transfer of technical data and certification documentation to customers, aircraft manufacturers, and regulatory authorities
- Defining and enforcing go/no-go criteria, as well as incorporating lessons learned

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree from a university of applied sciences as a Dipl.-Ingenieur/-in (FH) / Bachelor’s / Master’s in Engineering
- 3–5 years of experience in simulation, testing,v technical project management, development, and certification of passenger seats
- Relevant knowledge in the areas of certification, simulation, and testing of passenger seats and furniture components
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulations in the aviation industry
- Proficiency in Polarion, MS Office, JIRA, and PLM
- Very good English skills
