Overview TITAN Greece is looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team at our Head Office in Athens, reporting to the Rewards, HR Systems & Analytics Lead. The role supports the accurate delivery of compensation and benefits processes and acts as a key point of contact for employees, HR colleagues and external partners. Responsibilities • Continuously improve employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, pension plans, annual health check-ups, company cars, employee loans, prepaid cards and other benefits. • Act as the main point of contact for employee benefit-related inquiries, ensuring timely support, clear communication and excellent employee experience. • Coordinate benefit enrollments, eligibility, HR system updates and maintain accurate employee records. • Prepare reports, cost analyses and taxable benefit calculations, ensuring data accuracy and compliance. • Support the job evaluation process, prepare competitive compensation proposals and contribute to the annual salary review cycle. • Collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Finance and external partners to ensure the smooth delivery of compensation and benefits processes. • Contribute to the development, implementation and continuous improvement of compensation and benefits policies, processes and initiatives. • Leverage HR data and insights to support informed decision-making and enhance the effectiveness of reward programs. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or a related field; a relevant Master’s degree will be considered an asset. • At least three years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, HR Administration, HR Operations or a related HR role. • Good understanding of employee benefits, compensation practices and relevant taxation. • Experience with HR systems; familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors will be considered an advantage. • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, strong analytical ability and attention to detail. • Strong organizational and communication skills, discretion and fluency in Greek and English. • Military obligations fulfilled (if applicable) What we offer • Private health insurance • Pension plan • Annual medical check-up • Performance bonus • Prepaid cards for supermarket purchases • Learning and development opportunities • Internships and summer schools for employees’ children • Wellness programs and special offers At TITAN, we provide equal employment opportunities and prohibit any form of discrimination.
