Customer Support Representative

Fluent in Icelandic? A team in Athens is looking for their next Customer Support Representative.

You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.

What you'd be doing:

• Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
• Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
• Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
• Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email

What we're looking for:

• Comfortable communicating in Icelandic at a professional level
• Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
• Solid working English alongside your Icelandic
• Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
