Key Responsibilities:

• Address payment failures, cancellations, and refund requests.
• Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• Native-level or C1 proficiency in Danish.
• B2 level English for internal training and tools.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Customer-focused and solution-oriented approach.
