We're building a multilingual support team that helps customers across Europe. You'll work fully remote from anywhere in Greece, supporting users in Dutch and English, solving issues, guiding customers and keeping the experience smooth and friendly.
What you'll do Support customers in Dutch and English Handle requests with clarity, empathy and ownership Work in rotating schedules between 08:00 and 00:00 Collaborate with a diverse, international team Keep processes simple, efficient and customer‑focused
What we're looking for Fluent/native Dutch Strong English Based anywhere in Greece Comfortable working remotely Ready to join a dynamic, fast‑moving support environment
