Portuguese-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

A Consumer Goods client in Athens, Greece is looking for a Portuguese-speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their growing team.

You'll handle customer queries for a recognisable consumer brand.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 04/Sep/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Salary indicated per month.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Portuguese and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
