Space & MAC Manager (m/f/d)
Shape the Future of Intelligent Workspaces
Are you ready to drive the strategic optimization of real estate portfolios? As a Space & MAC Manager (m/f/d) at JLL, you'll become an architect of efficient workspace solutions, using data-driven analysis to deliver measurable value to our clients.
Your Role
You'll optimize our clients' real estate portfolios through strategic space planning and professional occupancy management. As a central interface, you'll coordinate local teams, our clients' Corporate Real Estate departments, and internal JLL functions. Your focus will be on portfolio optimization by combining qualitative insights with quantitative data analysis.
Your Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
- Preparation of weekly and monthly space utilization reports and continuous maintenance of current portfolio data
- Management and validation of site audit processes to ensure the highest data quality
- Monitoring of usage trends and derivation of strategic action recommendations
- Administration of the CAFM system (PLANON) including space assignments and employee allocations
Strategic Space Planning
- Analysis of space and adjacency requirements in close coordination with stakeholders
- Development of space plans, block diagrams, and feasibility studies using AutoCAD
- Design of innovative occupancy strategies with detailed move sequencing plans
Stakeholder Management
- Coordination of communication between local teams, CRE leadership, and JLL account management
- Professional presentation of insights and recommendations to diverse audiences
- Building sustainable relationships for successful project implementation
What Convinces Us
- Completed degree in Corporate Real Estate, Finance, Architecture, Design, or comparable
- 7-10 years of professional experience in strategic space or occupancy planning in a corporate environment
- Practical experience with CAFM/IWMS platforms (PLANON) and AutoCAD, as well as experience with BI tools such as Tableau
- In-depth PLANON IWMS knowledge
- Excellent Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas)
- Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills
- Proactive, innovative working style with high adaptability
- Strategic thinking and strong business acumen
- Fluent English language skills in speaking and writing for international collaboration
- Experience working with global teams across different time zones
