Purpose and Mission

At Falconix Engineering, we specialize in optimizing foundation structures for commercial, industrial, mixed-use, and multi-storey residential developments. Through innovative applications of Steel Fibre Reinforced Concrete (SFRC) and combined reinforcement solutions, we help our clients achieve significant cost savings, reduced construction timelines, lower CO₂ emissions, and enhanced construction efficiency.

As demand for our expertise continues to grow across Germany and international markets, we are looking for a talented Structural Engineer to join our expanding engineering team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious structural engineer who enjoys solving complex engineering challenges, developing innovative solutions, and working closely with clients and industry stakeholders on high-impact projects.

Key Activities and Responsibilities

  • Independently plan and design sophisticated foundation systems for:

Multi-storey residential developments

Mixed-use projects

Industrial facilities

  • Develop safe, efficient, and optimized structural solutions using SFRC and combined reinforcement systems.
  • Perform structural analysis and engineering calculations using industry-standard software and finite element methods.
  • Coordinate with designers, checking engineers, contractors, investors, and project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Present and defend engineering solutions while building confidence among clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct cost, efficiency, sustainability, and feasibility analyses to demonstrate project value and savings.
  • Ensure accurate and timely project delivery while managing project time budgets and priorities.
  • Support clients by developing practical, economical, and innovative engineering solutions.
  • Lead projects and mentor colleagues as you grow within the organization.

About You

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering with a specialization in Structural Engineering (essential)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a structural design office within the building construction sector (essential)
  • Strong knowledge of:
    • Eurocode 2 (EC2) (essential)
    • Finite Element Analysis (FEA/FEM) (essential)
    • Structural engineering software packages (essential)
    • Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken. (essential)
  • German language skills are a strong advantage. (desirable)
  • A strong technical problem solver with excellent design capabilities.
  • Able to visualize and understand complex three-dimensional structures.
  • Commercially aware and capable of balancing technical excellence with business value.
  • An effective communicator who can explain technical solutions to diverse stakeholders.
  • Fast-learning, adaptable, and eager to embrace new technologies and methodologies.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
