Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

Join a Travel account in Athens, Greece as a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist.

You'll help travellers with bookings and general trip support.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 15/Sep/26, 19/Aug/26, 25/Sep/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

1 week prior lock date.

Your daily tasks will include responding to customer enquiries across multiple channels, documenting each case accurately, and flagging anything unusual to a supervisor.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Dutch and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.

You'll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and clear opportunities to grow within a supportive, multicultural team.
