Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Spa Management, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field would be considered an asset.
- Recognized qualification in Massage Therapy, Beauty Therapy, or Wellness is considered an advantage.
- Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in a supervisory or management role within a luxury spa or 5-star hotel environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, revenue management, and retail sales.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, coaching, and organizational skills.
- Strong guest service orientation with the ability to resolve concerns professionally.
- Proficient in spa management and booking systems (experience with Afrodite Spa Software preferred).
- Good knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and sanitation regulations.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are considered an asset.
