About the Role

We are looking for a Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Agent to join our client's team in Athens, Greece.

The ideal candidate is customer-focused, communicative, and comfortable assisting customers in Brazilian Portuguese while working in an international environment. You will be responsible for providing professional and efficient support, resolving customer queries, and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer support to Brazilian Portuguese-speaking customers via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate information and appropriate solutions.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and customer service guidelines.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant systems accurately.
• Escalate complex or technical issues to the appropriate department when required.
• Meet agreed performance, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
• Work effectively as part of a multicultural and international team.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Brazilian Portuguese (C2 level).
• Good command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, customer support, contact centre, hospitality, retail, or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset with a professional and positive attitude.
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working with computers and digital tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and international environment.
• Must already be based in Greece.
• Must hold a valid Greek/EU work permit allowing employment in Greece.
• Availability to work according to the required shift schedule.
