Customer support and Business Services Centers

Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.
What you'd be doing:
- Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
- Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
- Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
- Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
What we're looking for:
- Solid working English alongside your Danish
- Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
- Comfortable communicating in Danish at a professional level
- Fluent Danish, written and spoken
