Customer support and Business Services Centers
There's an opening for a Customer Support Representative in Athens, Greece - ideal for Dutch speakers looking for their next move.
Day to day, you're the voice customers hear when they need help - tone and follow-through matter as much as the answer itself.
What you'd be doing:
- Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
- Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
- Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
- Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
What we're looking for:
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, customer-facing role
- Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
- Right to work in the country without sponsorship required
- Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
Details:
- Work model: Remote
Relocation support, where offered, is handled directly with the employer and discussed during the process - happy to walk you through what applies here.
