You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.
What you'd be doing:
- Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
- Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
- Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
- Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
What we're looking for:
- Fluent Portuguese, written and spoken
- Comfortable communicating in Portuguese at a professional level
- Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
- Solid working English alongside your Portuguese
