Customer support and Business Services Centers
An employer in Athens is hiring for a Customer Support Representative role and building out their Czech team.
You'd be the first person customers reach when something needs sorting out - the role rewards patience and clear communication.
What you'd be doing:
- Resolve issues efficiently without cutting corners on quality
- Recognize when something needs escalating versus resolving directly
- Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
- Keep internal systems and case notes accurate and current
What we're looking for:
- Eligible to work in the EU (citizenship, valid permit, or equivalent)
- Comfortable communicating in Czech at a professional level
- Fluent Czech, written and spoken
- Solid working English alongside your Czech
