What you'd be doing:
- Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
- Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
- Respond to customer questions across phone, chat, and/or email
- Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
What we're looking for:
- Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
- Comfortable communicating in Brazilian Portuguese at a professional level
- Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
- Fluent Brazilian Portuguese, written and spoken
