Customer support and Business Services Centers
A Brazilian Portuguese-speaking Customer Support Representative is needed for a team based in Athens, Greece.
It's a front-line support role: fielding questions, solving problems, and making sure people leave the conversation satisfied.
What you'd be doing:
- Follow up on open cases rather than letting them sit
- Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team environment
- Stay calm and clear with customers even when they're frustrated
- Flag recurring issues so they can be addressed at the source
What we're looking for:
- Some prior customer-facing experience is a plus, though not essential
- Reasonably tech-comfortable - happy learning new internal systems
- Clear, professional communication style, written and verbal
- Able to stay organized when handling multiple cases at once
