Data Quality & Automation Specialist (f/m/d)

Join Axpo and help improve data quality across systems through smart automation and collaboration. Your work will support reliable business processes and contribute to scalable, sustainable solutions in an international environment.

What you will do:

  • Cleanse, maintain and improve data quality across systems such as ERP, CRM and databases

  • Identify and correct incomplete, outdated or inconsistent data records

  • Analyse recurring data quality issues and support sustainable root-cause resolution

  • Develop and maintain automation solutions for data cleansing and validation tasks

  • Collaborate closely with business units and IT teams to clarify requirements and priorities

  • Document data cleansing activities, automation logic and quality rules to ensure transparency and reusability

What you bring & who you are:

  • Experience in data quality management, data maintenance or data cleansing

  • Good knowledge of SQL and experience with at least one scripting or programming language such as Python

  • Understanding of databases, data structures and integration processes

  • Structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working

  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

  • Ideally, experience with ERP, CRM or master data systems as well as reporting tools such as Excel or Power BI
