German Customer Support Specialist

We're recruiting German speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on a Multilingual Services account based in Athens, Greece.

You'll handle customer queries in a multilingual contact centre environment.

Work model: On-Site.

Multiple start dates available across 03/Sep/26, 07/Sep/26, 17/Aug/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Salary indicated per month.

Day to day, you'll handle inbound customer contacts across phone, chat, and email, log details clearly in the internal system, and pass on trickier issues to a specialist when required.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in German and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
