Italian-Speaking B2B Sales Agent

About the Role

We are looking for an Italian-speaking B2B Sales Agent to support the Italian market for a leading global technology company.

In this position, you will develop relationships with existing and potential business partners, identify new sales opportunities, and provide information about technology products and solutions.

Responsibilities

• Contact existing and prospective business partners through outbound calls.
• Manage a portfolio of B2B accounts and potential partners.
• Respond to inbound calls and emails.
• Provide information about technology products and business solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and contribute to the sales pipeline.
• Support partners throughout the sales process.
• Promote partnership opportunities, events, webinars, and campaigns.
• Maintain accurate information using CRM, partner-management, and productivity tools.

Requirements

• Native or fluent Italian.
• C1 level of English.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, marketing, lead generation, or account management.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Interest in technology, computer products, or digital solutions.
• Ability to multitask and manage different responsibilities independently.
