This position will be based on-site at an office location in Kallithea, Athens. Candidates are required to have end-user support knowledge and experience with common IT tools. There will also be a regular need to visit the client's other site in Koropi (a production facility) to ensure business continuity and provide backfill & on-call support when needed.
The role involves picking up and logging tickets related to end-user support, resolving issues either desk-side or remotely, and supporting global IT operations colleagues by serving as the local IT contact.
The team also acts as a local service desk and escalates incidents to other global support groups as needed to fulfill the requirements of the OSS contract.
In addition to OSS responsibilities, the technician will take part in annual IT Workplace Refresh Rollout projects, replacing models of laptops, PCs, iPads, and phones.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively pick up, respond & own incidents and tasks in support queue. ServiceNow knowledge preferable;
- Correctly track incidents and calls timely and accurately. Working to specific SLAs;
- Lenovo PC (Desktops/Laptops) - Hardware and Software Troubleshooting;
- Hardware support experience required e.g., Printer/scanner setup, component replacement;
- Ability to resolve Windows 11 Operating System Errors;
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 Suite including Teams;
- Ability to support basic DEP Apple iPad and iPhone issues. InTune MDM knowledge preferable;
- Owning IT Workplace Refresh projects;
- Computer imaging;
- IMAC - Imaging & Desk Relocation;
- Basic Network troubleshooting skills and knowledge;
- Ability to perform accurate network patching and switch / network device installation in racks;
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.

- Min. 3 Years experience in an IT Support Role;
- Candidates need to be flexible, efficient and able to work independently;
- Ownership of projects and be able to take responsibility to deliver them;
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audiences;
- Strong sense of customer service and building customer relationships;
- Good organisational skills;
- Good attention to detail;

- ITIL Foundation Certification (recommended);
- Prior experience working in a manufacturing / production environment (desirable);
- Language skills: Proficiency in local language and a good level of English;
