Customer Support with French - Relocation to Greece

Work from the office in Athens or remotely anywhere in Greece!

• Recruitment Process: Easy online recruitment process (phone call interview)
• No Experience Needed: Previous experience is not required. What matters are your language skills and willingness to learn new things!
• Work 8h a day, 5 days a week

What you will be doing:

• Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues related to account management, billing, content, technical problems.
• Respond to customer questions via various channels, such as phone, email, chat, and social media.
• Troubleshoot technical problems customers may face.
• Help with password resets, updating payment information, and resolving issues.

Requirements:

• Fluency in French language (at least C1)
• Communicative level of English language (B2)
• Ability to work from the office in Athens or remotely anywhere in Greece (depending on the project)
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

What we offer:

• Base salary: 1045 - 1200 euros (including 2 extra salaries a year granted by a Greek law)
• Monthly Performance Bonus
• Full time fixed-term Greek contract
• Holidays (weekends) are paid higher (according to the Greek law)
