Requirements
- Recognized qualification in Head Spa, Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy, Scalp Therapy, or a related field.
- Specialized Head Spa or scalp treatment training is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in a 5-star hotel, luxury spa, or premium wellness environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of treatment hygiene, safety, and contraindications.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and professional presentation.
- Basic computer and booking system knowledge; Afrodite spa software experience preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset.
