Norwegian-Speaking Customer Service Advisor

We're recruiting Norwegian speakers for a Customer Support Specialist role on an Entertainment account based in Athens, Greece.

You'll support subscribers of a well-known entertainment brand.

Work model: Remote.

Start date: 04/Sep/26.

Relocation support is available for candidates moving from abroad.

Salary indicated per month.

In this role, you'll answer customer questions by phone, email, and chat, keep accurate records of each interaction, and escalate more complex cases to the right team when needed.

We're looking for candidates who communicate confidently in Norwegian and are comfortable working in English day to day.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not essential, as full training is provided.
