Senior Sales Manager SWOT Hospitality

SWOT Hospitality is looking for an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team and lead the sales strategy for our hotel portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hotel sales, hospitality, and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue, building long-term client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, tour operators, and key industry partners.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
• Manage key accounts and negotiate commercial agreements.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and business opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with Revenue Management, Marketing, Reservations, and Operations teams.
• Represent the hotels at industry events, trade shows, sales missions, and client meetings.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses.
• Lead and support the sales team, ensuring the achievement of individual and departmental targets.

• 3+ years of experience in hotel sales or a similar senior hospitality sales role.
• Strong knowledge of the hotel and tourism industry.
• Proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong commercial mindset and business development capabilities.
• Excellent knowledge of English; additional languages will be considered an advantage.
• Ability to travel for business meetings and industry events.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
